By accessing or using ObsolPilot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform. These terms apply to all users, including administrators and end users.
ObsolPilot is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform for component obsolescence management. Features include PCN/PDN inbox processing, risk scoring, strategy simulation, supplier lifecycle request tracking, and decision governance workflows. Features may evolve over time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. Each user must have their own login — credential sharing is not permitted. Administrators are responsible for managing user access within their tenant workspace.
You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the platform; (b) use the platform to store or transmit malicious code; (c) attempt to gain unauthorised access to other tenants' data; (d) use the platform in violation of applicable export control, data protection, or industry regulations.
You retain ownership of all data you upload to ObsolPilot. By using the platform, you grant ObsolPilot a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service. We do not use your data for training AI models or for any purpose beyond service delivery.
ObsolPilot and its associated software, documentation, brand, and platform design are the intellectual property of ObsolPilot. No rights are transferred to you beyond a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform during your subscription period.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses arising from temporary service unavailability, provided we have acted in good faith to restore service promptly.
ObsolPilot is a decision-support tool. All risk assessments, EOL predictions, and strategy simulations are estimates based on available data and should be validated by qualified engineers before acting on them. ObsolPilot shall not be liable for procurement decisions, financial losses, or production impacts arising from reliance on platform outputs without independent verification.
Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, your access will be revoked and your data will be retained for 90 days before deletion unless you request an export beforehand.
These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use of the platform after that notice period constitutes acceptance.
